• Please demonstrate how an essential part of the business operations will be conducted in Canada.

如果是實實在在的生意項目，DIY申請人自己都可以回應及滿足visa officer的問題，然後申請獲批，移民成功。

如果是由中介全程包裝，包括組織互不相識的5個家庭共同投資一個項目，那誰人替你們回應那些尖銳問題？

@何謂Peer review？

中介把你的資料交給facilitators例如X處理，因為有利益因素，品質控制方面存在一定的問題，例如粗製濫造。有見及此，visa officer有權要求X替客戶遞交的材料作Peer review。Peer group的成員其實也是由其他的facilitators組成，但因為他們不似X，沒有利益因素，所以可持平提供意見，判斷X的處理是否恰當。

這個“反打假”機制，中介有沒有告訴你？

如果是 “堅”的項目，實話實說就可以了，簡單不過。否則，中介代筆的堆砌回應，難道可以瞞天過海，當visa officer冇到？
