如果是實實在在的生意項目,DIY申請人自己都可以回應及滿足visa officer的問題,然後申請獲批,移民成功。
如果是由中介全程包裝,包括組織互不相識的5個家庭共同投資一個項目,那誰人替你們回應那些尖銳問題?
@何謂Peer review?
中介把你的資料交給facilitators例如X處理,因為有利益因素,品質控制方面存在一定的問題,例如粗製濫造。有見及此,visa officer有權要求X替客戶遞交的材料作Peer review。Peer group的成員其實也是由其他的facilitators組成,但因為他們不似X,沒有利益因素,所以可持平提供意見,判斷X的處理是否恰當。
這個“反打假”機制,中介有沒有告訴你?

如果是 “堅”的項目,實話實說就可以了,簡單不過。否則,中介代筆的堆砌回應,難道可以瞞天過海,當visa officer冇到?
